We deliver resumes in three formats: scanned, electronic, and web. A scanned resume will be sent to a prospective employer who uses OCR technology to help filter resumes using specific key words. An electronic resume will be submitted online or via email. A web resume offers more room for creativity in formatting, and would allow prospective employers to view your resume online.

What's the difference between a CV and a resume?
A resume is a brief overview of your education, skills, and qualifications, not meant to exceed 2 pages. A CV is a much more detailed document that spells out your experience and background, and in most cases exceeds 2 pages.

What is your resume distribution service? How does it work?
Should you choose this extra service, we'll send your approved resume to up to 100 U.S. job sites, maximizing your potential interview invitations with no extra effort from your side. Once we've completed the process, we'll email you a list of all of the agencies that received your resume.

How will I communicate with my manager?
We encourage you to be in a close contact with your assigned manager by using the prefered communication channel. Should you need additional support, we're available via live chat, via email support@resume-genius.com, or by phone. We're here to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I request revisions?
Yes! We want you to be delighted with your resume, so we offer free revisions. To request a revision, contact your assigned manager.

Help! I don't like my resume... what do I do?
If after the revisions you are still not happy with your resume, please request a refund within three days of the resume completion by writing to support@resume-genius.com.
